[If you reserve the Tow Zen set]

For set reservations, cancellations made after the previous day may incur a cancellation fee. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to cancel, change the number of people, or change the menu up to 2 days in advance.

・If canceled the day before: 30% of the Tow Zen set fee

・In case of cancellation on the day: 50% of Tow Zen set fee

Regarding cancellations without prior notice,

We will charge 100% of the reservation amount.

[About delays in visiting]

If you will be late for your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you and you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled without notice.

[Regarding responses during bad weather and natural disasters]

If you are unable to visit us due to sudden bad weather or natural disasters, please let us know and there will be no cancellation fee even if you cancel on the day. We are looking forward to your next reservation once everything has calmed down.
